What you will achieve

• Responsibility for timely order processing from order to invoicing
• Coordination of delivery dates with production, logistics and customers
• Organisation of national and international transports including export documentation
• Monitoring of incoming payments and credit limits as well as handling customer complaints
• Ensuring professional customer service and smooth communication

What you bring

• Commercial basic training or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in order processing or export is an advantage
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
• Very good German and good English skills
• Structured, independent and reliable working style
• High customer orientation, team spirit and strong organisational skills
