What is the role about?
You coordinate technical support tasks in electronics production and along the supply chain, ensuring efficient, stable processes. Additionally, you drive quality improvements and international relocation projects, working closely with interdisciplinary teams.
What tasks will you undertake?
- You take on and coordinate support tasks in electronics production as well as along the supply chain, ensuring smooth operations.
- You are responsible for the technical planning, coordination, and successful implementation of global relocation projects for PCBAs.
- You design and optimise processes with a consistent lean and end-to-end mindset and drive their continuous development forward.
- You further develop quality specifications and ensure the highest quality standards through sustainable optimisation measures.
- You work closely with interdisciplinary teams, coordinate cross-departmental activities, and actively contribute to the success of international projects.
What do we expect from you?
- You have training as an electronics technician or a comparable technical qualification and ideally have further education as a technician HF or an equivalent qualification.
- You bring experience in collaborating with electronics manufacturing and external contract manufacturers (EMS).
- You impress with strong communication and organisational skills and work successfully in interdisciplinary teams.
- You act with quality awareness, service orientation, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
- You communicate fluently in German and English and are confident in an international environment.
