Would you like to specifically apply your HR consulting experience in an interim assignment? As an HR Consultant, you quickly take on responsibility and support our client in the coming months!

Our client is an internationally active industrial company with a dynamic working environment. The collaboration within the HR team is direct and solution-oriented. For an interim assignment of three to five months, we are looking for an experienced person as "HR Consultant 80-100%". You will quickly receive responsibility for your own area of support and can apply knowledge directly. The start date is immediately or by arrangement (as soon as possible). The place of work, which is located in the Bern agglomeration, is easily accessible mainly by car and benefits from free parking spaces. 

Your tasks with the new employer:

• In your area of responsibility, you advise several hundred employees as well as managers up to the executive level
• You conduct demanding employee and conflict discussions together with managers and employees
• During reorganisations and team changes, you advise and support managers in a practical manner
• You support the annual salary round and advise the responsible line managers on fair and market-oriented decisions
• You handle sensitive HR cases independently, applying your labour law knowledge specifically

You offer your new employer:

• You have several years of experience in HR consulting and are skilled in dealing with managers
• Even in demanding situations, you advise in a solution-oriented, reliable manner with the necessary tact
• Very good German and English skills enable you to conduct sensitive discussions in both languages
• An international and dynamic environment suits you, and you enjoy working independently and practically
• Experience with SuccessFactors is welcome, but not a requirement for this interim position
