About the job
As Floor Supervisor Housekeeping 100% (m/f/i), you ensure compliance with our quality standards in daily operations, which also includes
- Together with your team, you ensure smooth housekeeping operations on the assigned floor
- Through regular inspections, you guarantee cleanliness, order, and adherence to our quality standards in guest rooms as well as public areas
- The management of cleaning agents, laundry, and work materials is your responsibility, including timely reordering
- You accompany new employees during their induction and support them in implementing procedures and standards
- As a contact person for guest concerns, complaints, and internal interfaces, you contribute to a high level of service quality
- With your operational support, you ensure an efficient workflow in daily business
You have training in hospitality or housekeeping and bring experience in housekeeping. Additionally, you bring
- Completed training in hospitality, housekeeping, or a comparable field
- Several years of practical experience in housekeeping, ideally complemented by initial leadership experience
- Good knowledge of cleaning processes, hygiene regulations, and quality standards
- A structured, reliable, and organised way of working even under high workload
- Enjoyment in working with employees as well as motivating and appreciative communication
- Good German skills; English skills are an advantage
