Acquisition of new effective advertising poster spaces for an assigned area
Maintenance and further development of the existing space and contract portfolio
Preparation and negotiations with landowners of private and public land
Building, maintaining and promoting contacts with authorities and partners
Creation of building applications and space rental contracts
Regular profitability checks of advertising spaces and city furniture
Coordination with logistics regarding technical implementation
Driving the development of the offer regarding advertising in the assigned region
Responsible for correct data and optimal sales photos in the internal IT system

Completed commercial training or comparable basic training
Professional experience in field service or in the acquisition of new customers/partners
Very good regional knowledge in the cantons of St. Gallen, Thurgau, both Appenzell and in Liechtenstein
Negotiation and communication skills
Confident and open demeanor in dealing with internal and external partners
High initiative, strong ambition and high customer orientation
Very good German language skills
