About the job
For a modern and warm Spitex organisation in the cantons of Bern and Solothurn, which enables people to live at home in their familiar surroundings, a committed Health and Social Care Assistant (AGS) (40–100 %) is sought.
Responsibilities
- Support of residents in daily care and assistance
- Assistance with personal hygiene, mobilisation and dressing
- Support in everyday life (eating, activities, social care)
- Household tasks
- Collaboration within the interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Completed training as a Health and Social Care Assistant (AGS) or equivalent
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Empathy, patience and sense of responsibility
- Team spirit and flexibility
- Good knowledge of German
