Over the course of this 12-month internship, you will gain broad insights into different areas of content production and creative work. You will support the team in daily tasks, gradually take on more responsibility, and contribute to various projects. Throughout the program, you will develop both practical skills and a deeper understanding of creative processes and workflows. The start of this internship is upon agreement.

Your responsibilities

• Own and support sample management (handling, tracking, coordination)
• Assist in planning and executing shootings, exploring innovative production formats
• Contribute to e-commerce, campaign, and social media content
• Maintain and improve data across teams and systems like PLM, ERP, PIM and DAM
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and freelancers
• Drive individual projects in content innovation or special collections

Your profile

• Ongoing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, Business Administration or similar
• Strong management skills and interest in content production, photography, and e-commerce
• Structured, proactive, and hands-on working style
• Confident with MS Office; first experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar is a plus
• Affinity for outdoor, sports, and lifestyle culture
• Fluent in English and German
