Job description

• This role involves being responsible for the quality approach within the institution.
• Coordinate the institution's key processes and ensure the process efficiency measurement system.
• Ensure the continuous improvement system.
• Define and/or participate in defining and implementing training programmes.

Profile sought

• Good interpersonal skills with various stakeholders.
• Rigour and methodical approach to work.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Design and implement new and effective solutions.
• Mastery of the institution's information systems.
• Knowledge of the Geneva and Swiss socio-health environment.
