The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who depend on care and support. Our services include inpatient long-term residential areas, specialized departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. We work according to the standards of relationship- and palliative-care-oriented nursing.

As a pool employee, you decide whether to accept an assignment. This allows you to organize your work schedule according to your needs. Assignment requests are made at short notice and according to the needs of tilia. You benefit from a good introduction. In the process, you get to know the various residential areas as well as the care documentation, processes, and procedures at the tilia Köniz location and can also take on assignments at other tilia locations with this experience. We offer you work in different teams and thus an exciting, varied, and flexible workplace. The hours worked in the pool are paid in the following month including allowances, and the commute time may be recorded as working time.
