About the job
The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who rely on care and support. Our services include inpatient long-term residential areas, specialised departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. We work according to the care organisation system of primary nursing. Palliative care is an integral part of our nursing attitude and our daily actions.

Qualified Nurse or Care & Support Staff for Pool

As a pool staff member, you decide whether to accept an assignment. This allows you to organise your duty roster according to your needs. Assignment requests are made at short notice and according to tilia’s needs. You will benefit from a good introduction. You will get to know the various residential areas as well as the care documentation, processes, and procedures at the tilia Köniz location and can use this experience to take on assignments at other tilia locations. We offer you work in various teams and thus an exciting, varied, and flexible workplace. The hours worked in the pool are paid in the following month including allowances, and travel time may be recorded as working time.
