Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with Experience in Mazatrol and Fanuc Controls
Tasks
- Estimating setup and machining times
- Ideally, you can make small adjustments in Mastercam yourself
- Loading programmes and setting up the machine
- Setting up and operating CNC machines / first article inspection
- Selecting predetermined tools and running in the programme
Requirements
- In this role, you are embedded in a small team responsible for manufacturing our milled and drilled parts. CNC machines with Mazatrol and Fanuc controls are at your disposal. Accuracy up to 10µm is routine. Your fundamental technical
- understanding enables you to carry out these tasks independently from drawings. You are a professional and want to apply your skills
