As a Musketeer Scout (Regional Account Manager Horeca), you are responsible for the availability and activation of our products in your region. With full commitment, you build long-term partnerships and constantly look for new opportunities to give wings to the brand. Your goal is to increase Red Bull sales through creative concepts and new distribution points.
We are immediately looking for an active and committed personality who will passionately energize the Basel and Aargau region as a Musketeer Scout.
Job Description
Territory Management
You support our existing gastronomy partners in their sales activities for the brands Red Bull and The ORGANICS by Red Bull and ensure perfect presence of our products with innovative tools. Furthermore, you are responsible for acquiring new customers to further strengthen our market position and expand distribution. You maintain a personal relationship with the most important customers and take responsibility for the presence of our products in the areas of university, catering blue & white collar, LSR (QSR & coffee/tea/bistro), recreation, and lodging.
Communication & Network
You speak the language of restaurateurs and love that no day is like the other. Besides managing your own customer portfolio, you work closely with the national Key Account Management team and participate in targeted sales campaigns and sales drives (catering promotions, take-away promotions, etc.). Through regular exchange with our partners and active market observation, you gain new insights into trends and opportunities in the industry and successfully implement them in collaboration with the On Premise team.
Qualifications
- You have completed vocational training, preferably in sales or gastronomy
- You bring at least two to three years of experience in a similar position (beverages/food/gastronomy) and know the Basel/Aargau region
- You possess excellent knowledge of the local On Premise / On Trade universe and have a strong network in this area; your personality fits the world of Red Bull
- You are a strong personality with presence and high work ethic, have sales flair, are strong in negotiation, and can inspire and enthuse people for ideas and projects
- You live in the Basel/Aargau region, have a category B driving license, and speak fluent German; English and French skills are a big plus
