You can expect an extremely versatile, interesting and varied role in all areas of infrastructure.
We are looking for an experienced and practical professional and leadership personality for the position as of immediately or by arrangement.
The main focus is on the continuous development of the infrastructure sector, maintenance and investment planning, as well as the optimisation of processes and workflows for the entire organisational structure.
You have the primary responsibility for the administration, operation and maintenance (facility management) of the municipally owned properties. As Head of Infrastructure, you are responsible for the personnel and professional leadership of your employees and report directly to the municipal president in your role. You lead demanding projects in the infrastructure sector, implement them effectively and are accustomed to working both organisationally and operationally.
We expect a committed professional and leadership personality with the ability to think holistically, present clearly, and possess high social competence and assertiveness. Further prerequisites for this versatile and demanding role include several years of professional experience in technical maintenance / facility management or a similar leadership position. Ideally, you have sound knowledge in the IT sector.
Strong strategic and analytical skills as well as solid business management knowledge and experience in project management complete your profile.
