Your new tasks
- Support of real estate management in administrative and technical matters (clarifications, procurement, provider management, invoice verification)
- Processing and coordination of service-related and operational organizational tasks and projects (conversions, small projects, maintenance)
- Conducting analyses and creating presentations, reports, and minutes
- Participation in the recording and further development of processes and standards
- Co-responsibility for data storage and archiving
Your talents and experience
- Studies at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences in the fields of facility management, real estate, or a comparable course of study
- First work experience in real estate management, facility management, or real estate is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) as well as ideally experience working with ERP software (SAP, CAFM, etc.)
- Reliable, initiative-taking, and communicative personality with a high service orientation
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Start immediately or by arrangement for at least 1.5 years until the end of studies possible
