Your Tasks
You take on the professional and personnel responsibility for a small team while actively contributing to day-to-day operations.
The organisation of daily operations is in your hands. This includes scheduling and coordinating holidays and absences.
In goods receipt, you ensure a smooth process and take care of the proper acceptance, assessment, and sorting of materials as well as storage and quality control.
You support your employees in their professional development and ensure that the applicable regulations in the areas of quality, occupational safety, and environment are consistently implemented.
As an important interface, you work closely with various internal departments such as purchasing, sales, production, and logistics.
You continuously question existing workflows and contribute your own ideas for improving and further developing processes.
Your Profile
You have completed training in a technical, craft, or industrial field and bring several years of professional experience.
Experience in the metal, recycling, or waste disposal industry is an advantage.
Ideally, you have already gained some leadership experience. Alternatively, you are ready to take the next career step and assume responsibility for a team.
You are well organised, work in a structured manner, and keep an overview even in a busy work environment.
Clear communication, assertiveness, and a responsible demeanour characterise you.
