Mobile Concierge
Your tasks:
- Cleaning of interior and exterior surfaces of stations
- Manage maintenance and servicing activities of the facilities
- Handle various requests and minor repairs
- Manage small repair projects
- Monitor and accompany work carried out by contracted companies
- Process daily work reports, delivery notes, and order tickets
- Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for various sectors
- Maintenance of green spaces
- Ensure on-call service
Your profile:
- CFC operations agent or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in a similar activity
- Good experience in administrative and technical management of small construction sites
- Proficiency in French
- Good use of common computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) Driving license required
- Autonomy, responsiveness, priority management,
- Good communication skills, sense of interpersonal relations and service
- Very good physical condition, ability to work outdoors
