Senior Payroll Expert (m/f/d)
Role:

Responsibilities:
- You lead the payroll and time management team both professionally and personally
- In this role, you take overall responsibility for efficient, correct, and legally compliant payroll and time management
- As team leader Payroll & Time, you support and further develop the time management system Polypoint PEP
- You participate in HR projects and take on their management
- In this role, you drive the digitalisation and optimisation of payroll and time processes
- As team leader Payroll & Time, you act as an interface to financial accounting, controlling, as well as external partners and authorities
Qualifications:
- You have completed commercial training with further education in HR or payroll (e.g. HR specialist, payroll expert)
- You have several years of experience in payroll and time management
- You bring solid leadership experience
- You are very familiar with Swiss payroll and social security law
- You have experience with common HR systems such as Abacus or Polypoint PEP
- You work in a structured, reliable, discreet manner and are IT-savvy as well as open to change
