Short-sightedness (Myopia)
Short-sighted people can see nearby objects well.
However, distance vision is blurred.
The cause is an excessively strong refractive power of the cornea or lens in relation to the eye length.
Usually, the short-sighted eye is longer than average, so the image does not fall on the retina but in front of it.
