How you contribute:

• You lead the Secondary Technology team in terms of personnel, expertise and organisation and further develop employees and competencies.
• You manage demanding infrastructure projects across ewl and are jointly responsible with your team for the planning and realisation of electrical systems as well as control and monitoring technology systems.
• You drive sustainable energy projects forward and thus make a direct contribution to the decarbonisation of the region.
• You ensure forward-looking resource planning, strengthen knowledge exchange within the team and create the conditions for successful project execution.
• You are responsible for the further development of standards, working methods and processes and promote cross-departmental collaboration.
• You conduct public tenders, prepare cost calculations, budgets and decision-making bases and are responsible for the economic management of the project portfolio.
• You support internal and external stakeholders as a competent contact person, bring together different interests and create viable solutions for operations, projects and partners.

What you bring:

• You have completed a basic electrical engineering training as an electrician, electrical planner, automation technician or have a comparable qualification.
• You have advanced training at the HF or FH level in electrical engineering, automation, systems engineering or a comparable field.
• You bring several years of leadership and project experience and know how to promote, develop and inspire employees for common goals.
• You are familiar with the relevant Swiss standards, regulations and safety requirements and apply them confidently in planning and realisation.
• You have experience in planning, designing, tendering and realising electrical systems as well as control and monitoring technology systems.
• You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even with several parallel projects.
• You convince with your leadership skills, clear communication, professional appearance and your ability to successfully bring together different interests.
• You take responsibility, make well-founded decisions and actively embrace change.
