About the job
For the neuropsychiatric acute ward, our very well-coordinated and humorous team is looking for you to start immediately or by arrangement as
Tasks
- Inpatient acute care of people with an intellectual developmental disorder with various psychiatric conditions in close collaboration with the highly qualified interdisciplinary team
- You competently implement the nursing process within the framework of key worker duties and share responsibility for the implementation of therapeutic, nursing and educational measures
- You support people in acute crisis, actively involving relatives and the individual life situation of the patients
- Thanks to early planning in shift work, you have the opportunity to plan your leisure time and work assignments in advance
Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF or FH, preferably with experience in psychiatry, acute geriatrics, acute medicine or with people with intellectual developmental disorders
- Willingness and interest to familiarise yourself with and further develop a highly specialised treatment concept
- Strong personality with pronounced social and self-competence, as well as enjoyment of complex challenges
- Interest in continuous professional development
