Your field of activity

• You take responsibility for our civil engineering projects, from construction scheduling and work preparation through execution to surveying, billing and warranty acceptance
• With passion and determination, you lead and motivate your construction site team
• You keep an eye on quality, costs and deadlines throughout the entire project process
• In collaboration with internal interfaces such as acquisition and calculation, you ensure a smooth process and are the central contact person for the client
• You actively maintain existing customer relationships, build new contacts and support project acquisition

Your foundation

• You have completed further training as a construction manager and have solid practical experience in construction
• With your convincing personality and entrepreneurial thinking, you succeed in motivating and purposefully leading your team
• You enjoy direct exchange with customers and site management on the construction site
• At the same time, you bring an interest in business management contexts as well as initiative and a sense of responsibility
• Thanks to your pronounced communication skills, you appear convincing and confident in negotiations and meetings
