To strengthen our team at our location in Bern Muri, we are looking for an

Accounting Employee (40% | Monday and Tuesday) starting 1 March 2027 or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Checking, coding and posting of creditor invoices including payment runs

• Processing and checking of credit card statements and expense receipts

• Reconciliation of financial accounting with client accounting

• Preparation of periodic VAT returns

• Preparation of commission statements

• Assistance with annual financial statements

• Preparation of audit and closing documents

• Support of the back office with administrative and organisational tasks

Your profile

• Commercial training

• Professional experience in financial accounting

• Precise, independent and reliable working style

• Very good German and English skills

• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word
