Then help us shape the timber construction of tomorrow. We are looking for a committed personality with further training as a technician, foreman, or project manager in timber construction, who wants to contribute to and develop in the area of calculation and sales.

You enjoy technical plans, can already envision a project with just a few details, and want to know how an idea becomes a concrete offer. With us, you are involved from the very beginning. You support sales, participate in discussions, and help assess the numbers and key figures correctly.

It’s not just about the office: You are in contact with customers, specialist planners, and suppliers, finding the right solution, both technically and economically.

Your main tasks:

Calculation & Offer Management

• Creating profit-oriented offers
• Evaluating plans, project documents, and customer discussions to develop precise offers
• Maintaining and updating calculation bases (material prices, wages, overhead costs)
• Considering and integrating the safety requirements of Holzbau Schweiz and SUVA in all offers
• Handing over orders to project management, including discussions and follow-up questions

Sales & Customer Support

• Active customer acquisition and follow-up on offers
• Monitoring and processing public tenders (e.g., Baublatt, online platforms)
• Promoting economically strong product groups in sales
• Professional support for architects, construction managers, and clients during the planning and sales phase
• Defining resource requirements for project planning together with project managers

What you bring:

• A qualification or further training in timber construction and an interest in calculation or sales
• Technical understanding and a good sense for numbers
• Enjoyment of customer contact and a confident demeanor in discussions
• Initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and a solution-oriented attitude
• A structured and careful working style as well as teamwork skills
• Openness to digital tools and working with ERP systems
