Civil Service Co-supervisor Velodienste Sursee (93855)
You work together with unemployed individuals in the Velodienste Sursee. You assist as a group leader in the bike order service, in the management of the stations and bikes of the bikesharing system nextbike, and in the associated administrative tasks. Additionally, you perform service and repair work.
Task Description

- Accompanying unemployed individuals in the work process

40% Participation in Daily Operations
Participation as a group leader in:
- Bike order service
- Monitoring the bike station
- Bike rental
- Maintenance tasks on rental bikes
- Completing administrative tasks related to the bike station
Required Knowledge
- Training in the mechanical field
- Interest and motivation in social work
- Social competence
- Driver's license Category B manual
Desired Knowledge
- Independent and team-oriented working style
- Willingness to collaborate with social assistance recipients and (long-term) unemployed individuals
