• You lead and organise the department both personnel-wise and organisationally and ensure smooth ward operations
• Together with your team, you ensure professional, safe and high-quality nursing care
• You are present in everyday nursing, actively support your team and accompany employees as well as trainees in their professional and personal development
• You recognise development and optimisation potential and constructively contribute your ideas to further develop processes and workflows
• You enjoy interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration and contribute with your commitment to a positive, appreciative team culture

• You have a diploma as a registered nurse HF / FH and bring several years of professional and leadership experience from a Swiss acute hospital
• A structured, analytical way of thinking as well as a good business understanding characterise you
• Your communication is characterised by clarity and empathy; in everyday work you convince through decisiveness and high reliability
• You enjoy recognising potential and specifically promoting employees in their professional and personal development
