• Representing the company externally to customers, suppliers and partners
• Representing internally to employees
• Welcoming and attending to guests
• Organising and managing meeting rooms
• Supporting administrative tasks
• Collaborating with three team colleagues to share tasks
• Working hours: one working day per week plus holiday cover (25% workload)

• Enjoyment in contact with people
• Good organisational skills and prioritisation
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Ideally knowledge of French and English
• Teamwork skills
• Confident use of MS Office applications
