Customer Service Advisor Bodywork (a)

Do you enjoy customer contact, keep an overview and know your way around the bodywork world? Then this position is just your thing! For our client in the Canton of Lucerne we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor Bodywork (a) with petrol in their blood and a passion for customer contact. You coordinate, communicate and bring movement to everyday life.

This is what you achieve

• Looking after customer reception and recording damages
• Preparing cost calculations
• Clarifying with insurance companies including damage reports and confidently using the Auto-i-Dat e-service
• Planning capacities in the workshop, paint shop and body shop as well as collaborating with partner garages
• Carrying out quality and final inspections

This is what you bring

• Completed training in the bodywork or automotive sector
• You have experience in customer service; commercial further training (e.g. business school, technical clerk) is an advantage
• Motivated personality with initiative and enjoyment of work
• Good German skills, additional languages are a plus
• Driving licence category B
