What you will do here
- You will implement the participatory, patient-initiated, and SNF-funded research project "PACE partnerships" together with the transdisciplinary project team
- You will conduct ethnographic field research and accompany patients on their journey through the healthcare system
- You will contribute to person-centered care through a better understanding of the interactions between healthcare professionals and patients
- You will write a dissertation within the project and will be supported in your academic career

What you ideally bring
- Completed Master's degree in nursing or a related health or social science discipline
- Willingness to conduct participatory and transdisciplinary research and to engage with project-relevant social science theories, methods, and concepts
- Experience in ethnographic and/or qualitative research
- Interest in research, academic writing, and an academic career
- Good knowledge of German and Swiss German is essential for field research, English skills for academic networking and publications
