Your tasks:

• Independent management of new build and conversion projects
• Responsible for the profitability and quality of the projects
• Management of orders from work preparation through to final accounting

Your profile:

• Completion of construction manager training
• Comprehensive expertise as well as good knowledge of business administration
• High team spirit
• Resilient and creative
• Strong social skills
• Independent and reliable
• German spoken and written
