You want to develop concepts, create decision-making bases and actively drive the further development of broker management? Then you are right with us.
What you achieve
- You actively contribute your expertise to strategic projects and conceptual initiatives.
- You develop concepts and decision-making bases for the organisational and strategic further development of local and regional broker management as well as its positioning.
- You develop concrete variants and implementation plans for the further development of the entire broker management within Suva together with the responsible broker management and stakeholders at all hierarchical levels.
- You support the team in day-to-day business as needed.
- The position is fixed-term until August 2027.
What you bring
- You analyse issues in a structured way, develop viable concepts and use digital tools purposefully.
- You think in a networked way, recognise development opportunities and implement effective solutions.
- You have experience in supporting major clients and brokers, ideally in the insurance industry.
- You have completed training or further education in business administration or a comparable qualification.
- You work customer-oriented and successfully implement projects, optimisations and changes.
- You have confident German language skills. French skills are a great advantage.
