The Index Solutions division manages investment solutions in various asset categories with currently around CHF 200 billion assets under management. The product specialists act as contact persons for all technical inquiries regarding indexed investment solutions for institutional clients, consultants, cooperation partners, and internal sales units/departments. The role also includes the so-called Client Portfolio Management (CPM).

As a product specialist, you will actively help shape and contribute to the expansion of our division.

Your tasks

Advising institutional clients and sales channels regarding the range of indexed investment solutions (Index Solutions) with a focus on ETFs
Acting as a contact person for market makers as well as providing technical support to sales channels during client meetings / external appearances related to ETFs
Creating analyses, evaluations, and competitor comparisons to actively support the sales units
Processing inquiries (including RFPs) and preparing marketing materials to actively support client advisors and sales
Creating and delivering presentations/pitches to clients
Conducting performance discussions / reviews with (institutional) clients
Participating in projects for the product area
Administrative and repetitive tasks are also part of the responsibilities

Your profile

Degree from a university, university of applied sciences, or higher technical school
Further education such as CFA, CAIA, or AZEK is an advantage
Solid and several years of experience with indexed investment solutions as well as ESG knowledge
Expertise in financial information systems such as Bloomberg, Morningstar, as well as quantitative skills is helpful
Strong service orientation and efficient working style
Enjoyment and talent in creating new product materials with presentation of technical issues and analyses
Very good IT user skills (focus on Microsoft Office)
Very good communication and expression skills in German and English, additional national languages are an advantage
