CNC Programmer (m/f/d) for Laser Marking

Location: Bettlach (SO)

Contract Type: permanent

Start Date: immediately or by arrangement

YOUR TASKS ARE:

Programming, setup, and troubleshooting of laser machines
Implementation of technical projects, including planning and high-quality execution
Support during production interruptions on the laser marking systems
Identifying and supporting process improvements
Development and use of measuring instruments for technical tests
Design and implementation of tools and fixtures
Support in the procurement of new equipment, from specification to installation and training
Reviewing complex drawings for compliance and accuracy
Participation in planned experiments and capability studies
Preparation and conducting of training on processes, materials, and equipment
Collaboration with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality assurance, etc.)
Ensuring compliance with the company's safety policies
Role model for operators regarding attitude, machine operation, and decision-making.

YOU REPORT TO:

Process Engineering Supervisor - Programming

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 2 years of experience programming laser marking machines (Trumpf) in a regulated industry, ideally MedTech
CAD skills are a plus
Completed technical training
Fluent German skills, English is an advantage
Basic knowledge in automation (e.g., scripting) is an advantage
