The MÜLLER-STEINAG Group trains around 30 apprentices nationwide in 7 training companies.
- Supervision of vocational training and responsibility for the basic education of professions: clerks, concrete workers, agricultural machinery mechanics, road transport specialists, logisticians, draftsmen, media and IT specialists
- Support of apprentices from recruitment to final exams in close cooperation with internal and external partners
- Support and assistance to vocational and practical trainers in their training work
- Organization of events (e.g. Future Day, Introduction Day, career information at schools, etc.)
- Personnel administration: preparation of apprenticeship contracts, training plans up to training certificates
- Further development of vocational training
- Assistance in the HR department
- Completed commercial apprenticeship
- Experience in a similar position
- Completed vocational trainer course is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- High social competence and discreet personality
- Precise, structured and independent way of working
- Organizational talent with great initiative
- Flexible, resilient, team player
- Occasional willingness to travel
