The focus is on promoting professional, social and methodological skills.

Your tasks with us

In this versatile position, you take on a central role in the job coaching and training of our participants:

• Job coaching: Conducting assessments, creating personality profiles and strengthening self-marketing
• Network & acquisition: Active acquisition of jobs or work assignments – using your existing network and building new contacts in the business world
• Consultation & support: Planning and conducting individual training sessions to strengthen the personal skills of our participants. Individual promotion and further development of professional, methodological and self-competences.
• Workshops & group activities: Preparation and implementation of weekly workshops on various topics as well as support and execution of further group activities.

What you bring with you

• Professional experience in labour market integration, education, HR, reintegration, counselling or social insurance
• Further training at the level of a professional certificate, CAS or comparable in personnel management, integration, coaching or leadership (e.g. HR specialist, trainer, company mentor, job coaching specialist, specialist for labour market integration)
• SVEB 1 (Course Leader Certificate)
• Completed commercial basic training or comparable education
• Willingness to further develop into a case-leading coach in the future
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as high initiative
• Resilience, organisational talent and the necessary composure in everyday life
• Service orientation, ability to reflect, empathy with a pinch of humour
• Confident German as well as proficient use of MS Office and other PC applications
