As a Senior Finance Controller, you work in a newly formed team with a start-up atmosphere and contribute to the strategic development of brands such as ATEC and QWP.

What you bring:

• A higher business-related education or training (university/FH) in controlling and/or accounting 
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Experience in production, trade, or logistics is an advantage
• Independent working style with strong communication skills
• Strong analytical skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• Confident German and good English skills (at least B2)
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, IBM Cognos, and Microsoft Dynamics 365

Your job:

• Preparation, analysis, commenting, and interpretation of financial statements
• Reporting to management and executive board (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
• Creation of business plans, budgets, and forecasts
• Conducting analyses of business development and identification of potentials
• Creation of KPIs and control methods in collaboration with various departments 
• Derivation and implementation of measures to optimize revenue and margin
• Sparring partner for department heads on financial issues
• Creation and monitoring of liquidity planning for the Swiss group companies 
• Participation in projects
• Creation of ad-hoc analyses and presentations
