- Accompanying and supporting families in complex and stressful life situations in everyday life
- Supporting parents in their parenting skills by using existing resources and actively working to strengthen the skills of the entire family
- Systemic solution-oriented work involving the social environment
- Independent coordination of cooperation with involved specialist agencies and partners
Your qualification
- Degree in social pedagogy / social work (FH) or in a related, recognized professional field
- Professional experience working with parents and family systems
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Resilient, flexible, and empathetic
- Team-oriented and self-responsible working style
- Foreign language skills are an advantage
- User knowledge of MS Office programs
