As Team Leader: Mechanical, you take on a key position in industrial maintenance and actively contribute to the operational safety of the plants. You lead an experienced team at two locations, develop processes further, and ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for preventive, condition-based, and unplanned maintenance of our packaging, transport, and production equipment
Technical and disciplinary leadership of your maintenance team at two locations
Planning and control of all activities and overhauls via maintenance software
Implementation of technical adjustments, optimisations, and changes to existing equipment
Organisation and further development of the team in daily operations
Contact person for internal customers and coordination of external service providers in the mechanical department
Qualifications:
Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or equivalent mechanical profession
At least 5 years of professional experience in industrial maintenance
Further training as a maintenance specialist or comparable
Initial leadership experience of small teams
Sound knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanics
Proficient use of IT tools and MS Office (Word, Excel)
Very good German language skills spoken and written
Driving licence category B
