As Head of Solutions Department (m/f/d), you lead an interdisciplinary team, manage resources and projects, and ensure that technical solutions are implemented efficiently, economically and to the highest quality. With your leadership skills, technical expertise and entrepreneurial mindset, you create the foundation for sustainable success, both for our customers and your team.

Responsibilities in this Role

• Personnel and professional leadership as well as further development of the Solutions department
• Management of resources, capacities and technical service portfolio
• Responsibility for demanding customer projects regarding quality, costs and deadlines
• Technical advice and support for complex solutions as well as feasibility assessments
• Promotion of the professional development of the team and responsibility for vocational training
• Close cooperation with sales, production, operations and external partners
• Continuous optimisation of processes, structures and cross-departmental collaboration

Knowledge & Experience

• Technical basic training with further education at HF, FH or comparable level
• Several years of leadership experience as well as experience in managing technical teams or departments
• Sound knowledge in project management and interdisciplinary technical solutions
• Experience in resource planning, project control and organisational development
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong communication and leadership skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and project management tools, ideally MS Project
• Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
