To support our logistics department at our headquarters in Hochdorf, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated individual (m/f/d) as Warehouse Team Leader.
Warehouse Team Leader (m/f/d)
Your Contribution to Success
- Professional and personnel management of the warehouse team with approx. 15 employees
- Ensuring material and production supply as well as processing feedback from assembly
- Ensuring delivery and service quality as well as active communication and coordination with internal departments
- Supporting the team in daily operational business
- Continuous improvement of logistics processes and support of LEAN initiatives
- Participation in logistics projects and performance management such as recording, visualising and monitoring relevant metrics and KPIs
Are You Ready?
- Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ, logistics expert with a federal certificate is an advantage
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in warehouse logistics, ideally in an industrial environment
- Good knowledge of operational warehouse processes (goods receipt, storage, picking, provision and goods issue)
- Assertive personality with a hands-on mentality
- Structured and solution-oriented working style with a strong customer focus
- Responsible, flexible, resilient and reliable
- Confident handling of MS Office applications, D365 knowledge is an advantage
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
