The Reformed Church Community Stäfa-Hombrechtikon is looking for a committed, reliable, and team-oriented individual for a versatile and responsible role in the areas of finance, HR, and administration.
Your Tasks
In this exciting position, you will take on, among other things:
- Collaboration in budgeting and annual accounting
- Checking and coding of invoices
- Processing of collections
- HR administration
- Assistance and deputizing for the church secretary in the areas of finance, personnel, real estate, and administration
- Administrative support of the authorities
- Management of insurance matters
- Handling inquiries by phone, email, or in person
Your Profile
You bring with you:
- Commercial training with experience in finance, ideally in the public-law environment
- Enjoyment in contact with people and interest in church life
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Proficient use of common IT infrastructure
- Independent, structured, and networked way of working
- Organizational talent, resilience, and flexibility
- Willingness to attend meetings outside office hours
