For the Raiffeisenbank Niedersimmental, a successful and locally focused bank with branches in Wimmis and Därstetten, we are looking for a personality as a customer advisor.

What can you expect?

• Identifying and exploiting customer potential through comprehensive advice and support of customers in the basic products of the product ranges "Saving, Paying, Investing and Provision"
• Reception and service of customers in the customer zone
• Active potential recognition and referral of customers to the responsible specialists
• Participation in target group-specific market development measures, especially in contact campaigns
• Involvement in personnel administration
• Supervision of apprentices

What do you bring with you?

• Completed vocational training as a merchant, ideally in the banking environment
• Enthusiastic and customer-oriented personality with a winning demeanour
• Independent, precise and responsible way of working with joy in direct customer contact

Preferably

• Completed further training as a practical trainer
• Further training in the field of human resources
