Currently, a Head of Finance & Accounting 80-100% is sought, who will be responsible for accounting, preparing financial statements, and supporting management with financial key figures. Your tasks with the new employer:

• You take operational responsibility for the finance and accounting of several companies and ensure reliable, timely, and transparent financial accounting
• You independently manage all central accounting processes from debtors and creditors to invoicing and payment transactions to receivables management, with an eye for detail
• Together with external financial partners, you professionally prepare the annual financial statements and ensure that all relevant documents, accounts, and reconciliations are fully available
• With budgeting, financial key figures, and meaningful evaluations, you create decision-making bases for management and actively develop accounting processes further

You offer your new employer:

• Ideally, you have a commercial basic education with solid practical experience in accounting, although experienced finance professionals with an alternative training path are also welcome
• Further training as an accounting clerk, finance and accounting specialist, or a comparable qualification provides you with an optimal foundation for this responsible role
• You bring several years of experience in financial accounting, debtors, creditors, and closing work, as well as knowledge of Abacus, M-Soft, and MS Office; experience with similar ERP solutions is also valuable
• Personally, you score with an independent and structured working style, a good understanding of numbers, as well as an uncomplicated, reliable, and team-oriented manner
