As a MarCom Coordinator (a), you support the MarCom team in the operational implementation of all marketing and communication measures, without taking on a strategic leadership role. The position ensures that day-to-day business runs smoothly, coordinates internal and external interfaces, and guarantees the timely implementation of MarCom activities.

Your tasks

• Operational support for marketing and communication projects
• Maintenance and management of marketing materials, data and content
• Coordination with internal departments and external service providers
• Administrative tasks (orders, appointments, filing, documentation)
• Ensuring compliance with CI/CD guidelines in all measures
• Efficient, structured and quality-assuring implementation of MarCom activities to support corporate communication and brand presence

Your profile

• Commercial training or training in the creative, media or communication sector, further training in marketing
• Experience in digital marketing, brand management and market research
• High quality awareness, creativity, precise, independent and reliable working style
• Very good communication skills, team spirit and humour
• Confident use of Office tools and the Adobe Suite
• The general working languages are German and English; Italian is an advantage
• Good organisational skills, high flexibility and initiative
• Strong communication and analytical skills
