Generalist engineer, mechanical or aeronautical or equivalent, you have a first experience (or internship, work-study, etc.) in the field of quality in the aeronautical, automotive or defense industry (risk analyses / supplier quality management, production quality management), nuclear, either with a manufacturer, a supplier or MRO (Maintenance Repair and Operations).
Join the Auctae team in Switzerland as a quality engineer
As a quality engineer, you are responsible for managing non-conformities, you master ISO9001 and EN 9100 standards as well as common quality tools such as FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D, MSA, etc.
- develop and implement assurance policies and procedures within the company and ensure compliance with applicable space industry standards, customer specifications and general regulations;
- supervise and lead product development and qualification for all relevant quality aspects;
- lead NC non-conformity and failure investigations whenever product requirements are not met;
- participate in the continuous improvement process of the quality department;
- prepare product assurance documentation according to project milestones;
- act as the main interface for customers and suppliers on all quality and safety topics;
- work closely with the supplier quality department;
- drive problem resolution using tools like 8D;
- have knowledge of first article inspection FAI;
- manage customer returns and 8D reports;
- are proactive in continuous improvement.
