Your tasks

Real estate accounting

• Independent management of accounting for various properties and mandates
• Posting and control of ongoing business transactions
• Reconciliation and control of property accounts
• Processing and control of creditors and debtors
• Monitoring and clearing of open items
• Support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

Heating and ancillary cost statements

• Preparation and control of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Verification and reconciliation of relevant cost items
• Handling of enquiries and corrections
• Collaboration with property management

Payment transactions & invoicing

• Preparation and execution of payment runs
• Control and reconciliation of incoming payments
• Handling of accounting clarifications
• Ensuring correct and timely invoice processing

Professional support & process optimisation

• Independent handling of existing accounting tasks
• Professional support of the existing accounting team
• Ensuring and further development of internal accounting processes
• Building and securing accounting expertise within the company
• Close cooperation with the head of accounting and property management

Your profile

• Completed commercial training with further education in finance and accounting or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in accounting (real estate sector)
• Good practical knowledge of ImmoTop2, experience in independently managing real estate accounting
• Sound knowledge of creditor and debtor accounting
• Experience with heating and ancillary cost statements, confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Independent, structured and reliable working style, high affinity for numbers, accuracy and sense of responsibility
• Team player with enthusiasm for sharing expertise internally
