Advising Sarah and Louis on financing their car, opening an account for little Théa who has just been born, helping Isabelle prepare for her retirement or Valentin finance his studies… On a daily basis as well as during key moments in life, you support customers in developing their projects.
You will join a welcoming, supportive team and your manager will guide you throughout your journey to develop a high level of expertise recognised among our advisors.
Specifically, you will be expected to:
- Support and advise your clients by offering products and investments suited to their needs (payment methods, consumer credit, insurance, savings, etc.) to build customer loyalty
- Contribute to the dynamism of your branch by developing your portfolio through acquiring new clients and their recommendations
- Analyse your clients’ financial situation and the risks related to transactions
- Work in synergy with our experts within the Bank to assist you with your clients’ specific projects (wealth management, zero-interest loans, etc.)
- Develop clients’ autonomy by promoting digital tools to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.

As a recent graduate, you hold a Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in a commercial or banking field, with initial commercial experience.
Experienced candidates have at least 2 years of client relationship experience, ideally in banking.
The position requires AMF certification.
Position based at the Villeneuve sur Lot Branch.

Compensation package: Fixed €27,000 - €37,000 depending on experience, Variable, Profit-sharing, Participation
