Are you a doer with technical understanding? In our Facility Management team, you are responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and preservation of the value of our buildings and ensure logistics. You guarantee the smooth operation of all technical systems and cleanliness at all locations. We are looking for an independent and service-oriented personality to start immediately or by arrangement. We look forward to your application!
Your tasks
- You ensure ongoing operations by monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining building technology systems, including documentation in the CAFM.
- You organise and coordinate assignments of external service providers.
- You are the contact person for tenants and users of the buildings for inquiries and problems (ticket system in CAFM).
- You are responsible for organising and carrying out smaller moves.
- You participate in building logistics (delivery and distribution of goods and furniture).
- You prepare the rooms and AV technology for events, including tidying up.
Your skills
- You have completed training in maintenance, caretaking, or a basic technical apprenticeship EFZ and bring relevant professional experience in facility management.
- You are IT-savvy and can operate building control systems independently.
- You are characterised by your structured and efficient working style as well as your organisational skills.
- You have good IT user skills, especially in MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel).
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- You hold a category B driving licence.
