Role:
As Project Manager IT Programme Controlling and Financial Management at our ROCKEN partner, you control the financial aspects of a large strategic transformation programme. You monitor the financial development, are responsible for overall planning, and create sound decision-making bases for the programme management. Together with various stakeholders, you identify savings potentials and support the long-term management of the programme in a dynamic, agile environment.
Responsibilities:
You continuously monitor the financial performance of the transformation programme and prepare reports and decision-making bases for the programme management.
You develop and maintain the overall financial planning as a basis for strategic and long-term programme management.
You analyse and control cost structures, identify savings potentials, and derive appropriate measures.
You evaluate business cases for cost reduction and efficiency improvement regarding their financial impact.
You work closely with relevant stakeholders at all management levels and handle financial issues as well as short-term analysis requests.
Qualifications:
A completed degree at a university, ETH, FH or HF with a technical or business administration focus forms your professional foundation.
You bring at least five years of solid professional experience as a financial expert in the technology environment, in financial planning and financial analysis, or in consulting.
You quickly grasp complex analytical contexts and map them with common applications such as SAP or Power BI.
You combine organisational talent with good knowledge in optimising and implementing workflows.
With confident presence and target-group-appropriate communication, you convince business partners at different hierarchical levels.
You work reliably and precisely even under time pressure and show high commitment as well as a pragmatic, proactive working style.
The financial performance management in a dynamic team and an agile environment motivates you.
You master German at level C1 and English at level B1.
