Quality Engineer Medical Devices Zurich City

Microdul AG in Zurich City specialises in high-quality microelectronics with around 100 employees across three business areas: modules, semiconductors, and thick film. Our core competence lies in the development and production of miniaturised electronic circuits, realised in close collaboration with our customers - primarily in medical technology. We are looking for a new team member for our quality department by arrangement.

• Coordination, communication, and implementation of measures regarding problem-solving with customers, suppliers, and interdisciplinary 8D teams
• Development of measures for quality control and assurance as well as monitoring the implementation of these measures
• Monitoring supplier management concerning delivered goods
• Maintenance and further development of the quality management system for medical devices
• Training and enabling employees regarding quality
• Support for internal and external audits according to ISO 9001/13485
• Support in the introduction of the new ERP/MES system (Proalpha)

• University degree in microelectronics, physics, materials science, or a related engineering field (FH/ETH/MSc/BSc)
• Quality Engineer: 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, manufacturing of medical devices, and application of regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, MDR/FDA)
• Application of common quality assurance methods (FMEA/8D/SPC)
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented personality to clearly convey even complex matters
• Team player, hands-on, precise and proactive working style, pragmatic error analysis and problem-solving skills
• Audit experience according to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 desirable/advantageous
• Knowledge of Proalpha advantageous
• Fluent German and English skills
