Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with Technical Understanding

Tasks

Operate CNC cylindrical grinding machines and monitor their operating condition
Set up and convert machines according to the production order
Carry out quality inspections and dimensional checks on workpieces
Analyse machining processes and continuously improve them

Requirements

Completed basic technical training, preferably as a production mechanic
Experience in mechanical manufacturing, ideally in the grinding process
Strong technical understanding combined with manual skills
Interest in modern CNC technology and its application
Reliable, independent working style with precise execution
